As part of our activities for societal contribution, Renesas Solutions supports a variety of academic and sports activities.

In January 2008, we celebrate our 13th year of supporting the Microcomputer (Micom) Car Rally. The Micom Car Rally was started in 1996 with participants from technical junior colleges. Growing to a national tournament by the third rally in 1998, it has expanded to a present cumulative participant total of over 20,000 vehicles, receiving support from a wide range of people from small children to the elderly. Starting from our participants of high school students, participants in the Micom Car Rally "learn to create" and "nurture and enrich their hearts and experience great growth as a person". We at Renesas Solutions recognize the necessity and importance of societal contribution and are proud to support the growth of the next generation of young leaders through our Micom Car Rally.
